We exist to give people better lives.

The homeowner who needs a fast, fair exit. The agent who's done chasing listings. Myers is a new style of brokerage: our agents are investors first.

Why Myers had to exist

Founded in 2017, we watched the traditional agent model die in real time. REALTORS became investors, investors discovered wholesaling — and Sitzer-Burnett poured gas on it.

But there was no place for a wholesaler inside a traditional brokerage. The legal requirements, the risk, the commingled duties — poison to a broker built for open houses.

So we built the brokerage where the investor and the agent are the same person. The investor-agent: the license is the handle; wholesaling, flipping, and listing are just tools. Assign it, flip it, or list it — whichever the deal deserves.
